We stand by the quality of our product and listen to customer feedback. Most end users desire a 12 month warranty on used devices, so the first month gives you a chance to check and list the stock for sale. Your customer then benefits from a full 12 month warranty.

Batteries are a key factor to selling used devices, every device to leave our facility is tested and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 70%.

How Does It Work?

How do you return stock?

1. Check the handset qualifies as a viable return and is within warranty*
2. Complete our returns merchandise authorisation (RMA) form
3. Ship the device back to us
4. Your return will be processed, repaired or swapped within 5 working days
